FIBRE52® is a patented, bio-based pretreatment and dyeing technology that significantly reduces the environmental impact of cotton processing. It acts as a protective treatment that strengthens the material, enhances durability, maintains softness, and improves overall fabric performance.

This optional finish is available in the premium line of LoopUp garments and is engineered to support both technical performance and sustainability goals.

Why It Matters

Conventional cotton pretreatments are energy- and chemical-intensive. FIBRE52 changes that.

Bio-based, Non-Toxic Treatment

  • Replaces traditional scouring and bleaching with a biobased, enzymatic alternative.
  • Processes cotton at lower temperatures and shorter cycle times.
  • No harsh oxidizing chemicals required.

Protective Finish for Performance and Longevity

  • Strengthens cotton fibres by preserving their integrity during pretreatment.
